What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock styles start from 10 pieces. Custom designs (OEM/ODM) start from 30 pieces per style. We also accept mixed-style orders — combine different styles to reach the total quantity.
Do you offer samples? How much do samples cost?
Yes. Sample orders are charged, and a single piece costs a bit more than wholesale price. The exact cost depends on the product you want — send us the style and we will quote it. We also accept single-piece orders. Sample production takes 5–15 days, and we ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS with a tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our main payment methods are Wise, T/T bank transfer, XTransfer, and Airwallex. If you have a preferred payment method, we can also consider it case by case — just chat with us on WhatsApp to discuss.
What are your payment terms?
For smaller amounts, full payment is required before production. For larger amounts, we can discuss — it depends on the specific situation.
How long does production take?
Stock styles: 3–7 days. Custom designs: 15–25 days (plus mold/CAD time if a new mold is required). Samples: 5–15 days.
How do you ship? How much does shipping cost?
Depending on the situation, we ship via express lines or the three major international couriers — DHL, FedEx, UPS. For high-value orders, we recommend DHL/FedEx/UPS for speed and safety. Shipping costs change in real time — the final quote provided at the time of your order is what applies.
Can you make custom designs (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. Send us your sketch, reference image, logo, or CAD file. Our team creates a CAD model, then a prototype for your approval before mass production. Logo engraving and custom packaging are available.
What materials do you work with?
925 sterling silver is our core material. We also offer 14K gold plating, 18K gold plating, rose gold plating, rhodium plating, freshwater pearls, cubic zirconia (CZ), and moissanite stones.
Is your jewelry nickel-free and hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our 925 sterling silver pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. For silver items, partial testing reports are available upon request.
Do you stamp 925 on your products?
Generally, we stamp 925 on our silver pieces. If you have any concerns, just ask us on WhatsApp before production. We can also stamp your brand logo on the pieces.
Can I mix different styles in one order?
Yes. Mixed-style orders are welcome — just combine different styles to reach the minimum total quantity. This is a popular option for boutique owners testing multiple designs.
What if there is a quality issue with my order?
If you are worried about quality, you can order a single sample first and test the quality yourself before committing to a bulk order.
